A Mountain Home man faces felony charges after leaving the scene of an accident

A Mountain Home man faces several charges after he allegedly left the scene of an accident and was found passed out on the porch of home 4 miles away.  37-year-old Daniel Douglas Cunningham also allegedly threatened an Arkansas State Trooper. He faces charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony furnishing prohibited articles, and felony tampering with physical evidence. He is also charged with misdemeanors for criminal mischief, terroristic threatening, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, fictitious tags, driving on a DWI suspended license, driving while intoxicated 3rd offense, and reckless driving. The bond for Cunningham is $10,000.
