An Ozark County man was injured in an accident in Wright County Monday afternoon. The MSHP reports that 58-year-old Steven Thorburn of Thornfield, suffered moderate injuries when he attempted to slow down the big truck he was driving when he begin to slide, the load shifted causing the truck to overturn and leave the roadway. Thorburn was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Missouri Highway 5, three miles north of Hartville.
