A man from Bull Shoals has been arrested after allegedly driving a car towards a man walking his dog, forcing the man to jump into the ditch. 40-year-old Joshua Monistere is charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor charges of careless or prohibited driving and driving while his license is suspended. This is the third arrest for Monistere this year. He posted a $15,000 bond and was released.
