After a recount of the votes in the August 7th election for the Republican Nomination for Prosecuting attorney in Ozark County the results have the same person winning, but by two more votes. The Incumbent John Garrabrant received 1073 votes and the challenger, John Russo got 1,063 votes. In the original count Garrabrant had 1,071 votes and Russo had 1,063. Garrabrant will be the only one on the ballot in November.
