An Ash Flat man is charged with three felony counts after he allegedly choked his mother and singed her hair with a flame from a lighter. 27 year old Cody Clayton also allegedly threatening to put a knife through her head if he found out they had taken his beer. Clayton is charged with felony aggravated assault of a family or household member and 2 counts of terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $15,000.
