An accident west of Summersville Wednesday night left a man from Butler Missouri with moderate injuries. The Highway Patrol says that 47-year-old Harold Anderson was injured when he hit a deer on road. Anderson was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on Highway 17, two miles west of Summersville around 9 last night.
