A man from Van Buren was arrested Wednesday on a pair of felony warrants. 45-year-old Shannon Clark was arrested by the MSHP on a felony Madison County warrant for fraud, and a felony Saint Clair County Illinois warrant for unlawful possession of meth. He was taken to the Carter County Jail.
