An accident Sunday afternoon just outside of Willow Springs left a Willow Springs woman with minor injuries. 45-year-old Toni Collins was injured when the car she was driving and a car driven by 21-year-old Matthew Kargel met on a hillcrest and collided. The accident happened on County Road 5640. Collins was taken to Ozarks Health Care in West Plains.
