A woman from Pineville has been arrested after allegedly assaulting her granddaughter. 66-year-old Janice Joan Elumbaugh allegedly got into an argument with her granddaughter over an e-cigarette. She faces felony counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member and intimidating a witness and misdemeanor counts of false imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a minor. She is free on a $20,000 bond.
