A man from Illinois was arrested in Ripley County Saturday morning for leaving the scene of an accident. The MSHP reports that 46-year-old Terry Lyon from Decatur Il. was arrested on charges of felony leaving the scene of a crash, DWI, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and no valid license. He was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
