An Ozark County man was arrested on several felony warrants. Charles Leon Souder Jr. was arrested for 1 count of first-degree burglary, and 6 counts of stealing a firearm/explosive weapon ammonium nitrate. He was taken to the Ozark County jail and his bond was set at $3,000 cash only.
