A joint investigation of the Independence County Sheriff’s Department, the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, the Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Game and Fish, Arkansas Department of Corrections, Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, the Stone County Sheriff’s Department, and the Mountain View Police Department resulted in the recovery of 400 grams of meth and several stolen items. Operation “Ice River”
Yesterday, our staff along with multiple agencies executed an operation titled “Ice River”. During this operation we have recovered over 400 grams of Meth., a stolen Polaris Ranger, a stolen trailer, a stolen travel trailer, two stolen guns, a stolen 4 wheeler, a stolen truck from out of county, and a battery pack with the solar charging system along with stolen batteries.
This was a joint effort between multiple agencies: Independence County Sheriff’s Department, Stone County Sheriff’s Department, Mountain View Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Game and Fish, Arkansas Department of Corrections Calico Dog Tracking Team, The 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, and Probation and Parole.
We want to remind the community that we are still working for them; one 911 call, one vehicle stop, one search warrant, one investigation or one helping hand at a time.
- Michelle Lynn Mendenhall: Possession of Controlled Substance, Meth > 2 grams < 10 grams and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
2. Jason Garrison: Delivery of Meth. > 10 grams < 200 grams, Trafficking meth > 200 grams, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and theft by receiving.
3. Candice Pugh: Delivery of meth > 10 grams < 200 grams, and delivery of meth > 2 grams < 10 grams.
4. Tyler King: Delivery of meth > 2 grams < 10 grams.
5. Brandon Boling: Delivery of Schedule I or II > 2 grams < 28 grams.
6. James Hunter: Delivery of meth < 2 grams, Delivery of meth > 2 grams < 10 grams.
7. Jimmy Mason: Trafficking meth > 200 grams, possession of meth > 10 grams < 200 grams, furnishing prohibited articles into a correctional facility.
8. Ernesto Trevino: Absconder warrant.
9. David James Perkins: Delivery of Schedule III < 28 grams (Stone Co. Warrant)
10. Ronnie Lee Qualls: 3 counts Delivery of cocaine < 2 grams.
11. Damieon Boode: Possession of meth < 2 grams.
12. Charles Neely: Pick up order from Felony Court for Violation of conditions of bond.
13. Danny May: Delivery of meth > 2 grams < 10 grams.
14. Elizabeth Altom: Possession of meth < 2 grams.
15. Tadrick Jones: Probation Revocation warrant
16. John Arnold: Absconding warrant, Possession of meth > 10 grams < 200 grams.
17. Whitney Reeves: 2 counts Delivery of schedule I < 2 grams.
18. Gaylon Scott Elms: Absconding warrant, Theft by receiving.
19. Joshua Smith: Felony Probation Revocation.
