A man from Illinois has been charged with rape in connection with an incident at the Hardy Camper Park. 47 year old Wesley Lee of Bonneville Illinois allegedly admitted to being in a tent with a juvenile, drinking alcohol, smoking cannabis oil and performing a sexual act on the juvenile.
