The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.
Jason Mask, 39, of Viola was arrested on August 29 for failure to appear.
Emma Chalys, 26, of Melbourne was arrested on August 30 and is on hold for another agency.
Kalob Morton, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested on August 31 for domestic battery 3rd Degree, three counts of possession of a firearm by certain persons which are class D felonies, and interference with emergency communications.
Alecxander Sexton, 29, of Newport was arrested on September 2 for failure to appear.
Simon Keith Ducker, 43, of Rogers was arrested on September 2 for Violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, public intoxication, driving on a suspended driver’s license, possession of an open container of alcohol, and careless and prohibited driving.
Blythe Stapleton, 18, of Wideman was arrested on September 3 for Violation of the Omnibus DWI Act.
