A Mountain Grove man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Tuesday morning in Texas County. 36-year-old Miguel Stolsmark was arrested on a felony Wright County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk, speeding, and no seat belt. He was taken to the Wright County jail and is being held without bond.
