On September 9, 2022, John Medlock plead guilty to a Felony charge in Phelps County Court on a change of venue from Douglas County.
Medlock was arrested on May 26, 2022, and charged with Stalking a Special Victim (Police Officer), Resisting arrest, and armed criminal action.
In a plea agreement, Medlock Plead guilty to resisting arrest
And was sentenced to 3 years of felony probation.
The case was investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and Ava Police Department.
