A Mountain Home man has been arrested on felony charges. 35-year-old Mark Eugene Jefferies was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a certain person and theft by receiving. Jeffries was transported to the Baxter County Detention Center where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.
