Two people were arrested and a stolen vehicle was recovered earlier this week in Fulton County. According to reports, 57-year-old Billy Holland and 56-year-old Kim Ford were arrested after they were stopped by police and a check of the vehicle they were in came back as a stolen vehicle from Hoxie Arkansas. They are charged with felony theft by receiving and their bond was set at $10,000 each.
