On Sunday, at approximately 2 am, Lieutenant Rhoades and Deputy Lane were dispatched to a call on County Road 831 of a female being actively abused by her husband and that she was hiding from him in the residence.
Upon arrival, the female was located and removed from the house. The male was caught after running from deputies and hiding. He was taken into custody and an investigation was conducted which lead to his arrest. Jody Weyruach was arrested for Kidnapping First Degree, Domestic Assault Second Degree, Tampering with a Witness/Victim, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked on his charges at the Ozark County Jail.
