The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a woman from Mountain Home. 39-year-old Kelli Lucille Warren Hicks was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations, expired vehicle tags, driving while suspended or revoked, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, and parole violation. She is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center without bond.
