21-year-old Efrem Slavik was arrested by the Highway Patrol for resisting arrested and speeding, going 163 mph in a 65 mph zone. He is also charged with failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Howell County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
