A Poplar Bluff man was arrested Monday by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and taken to the Thayer Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold on Tuesday 54-year-old David Richard Cole was charged with two counts of felony first-degree assault, two counts of felony Armed criminal action, felony first degree endangering the welfare of a child and felony first-degree property damage. Cole is being held without bond.
