19-year-old Sarah Deluna suffered minor injuries when 24-year-old Zachary Powler of Bakersfield drove off the road and hit a tree. Deluna was a passenger in the car. The accident happened on Highway V, five miles north of Bakersfield. Deluna was taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home.
