44-year-old Cortney Jennings was arrested after authorities received a tip of someone trespassing and night hunting and found a stolen motorcycle. The motorcycle was found on Jennings’ property. Authorities also found an ATV behind some sheet material and a dead whitetail doe. Jennings was charged with felony theft by receiving greater than $5,000 and two counts of theft by receiving more than $100, three counts of possession of firearms by certain persons, and he is charged as a habitual offender. He is being held on a $30,860 bond.
