The Highway Patrol reports that 95-year-old Primrose Casey suffered minor injuries when 71-year-old John Casey drove off the road and hit two road signs and a culvert. Primrose Casey was taken to Cox South. The accident happened on U.S. 60, three miles east of Springfield.
