39-year-old Jon Thomas Mott enters a guilty plea to charges of parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol Building. Federal prosecutors dropped several other charges. Mott allegedly posted on Facebook he and a friend were heading to Washington, D.C., just before the incident. Sentencing is set for March and Mott faces up to 6 months in jail.
