The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Jaden Rybolt suffered moderate injuries when a vehicle driven by a juvenile from West Plains swerved to avoid a deer, ran off the road, and hit an embankment. Rybolt was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 4300, one mile west of West Plains.
