Today marijuana officially becomes legal in Missouri but that doesn’t mean you can go straight to the store and buy it. Today you can legally possess up to 3 ounces but medical facilities will not be able to sell it until January 7th. Then it will take 30 days for the state to approve it, so the earliest they can sell it is February 6th. For micro-businesses, it’ll take more than 200 days. That puts their earliest sell date in September.
