Around 9 Monday morning, they arrested 43-year-old Christopher Alexander Gragg of Norfork was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and parole violation. His bond was set at $5,000.
Then last night 20-year-old John Christian Hill of Mountain Home was arrested on charges of DUI underage, refusal of BAC, failure to maintain control, and probation violation. Hill is being held on a $1,145 bond.
