47-year-old Mark Wiliam Hodges was charged with rape, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and probation violation. 39-year-old Tomalee Hodges was charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The two were arrested back in May. Mark Hodges remains in the Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $250,000
