The Driver of the vehicle Joseph Beard was arrested on active warrants and a passenger Wayne Hober was arrested of an active warrant from the Cabool Police Department. A search of Mr. Hober uncovered a significant quantity of suspected methamphetamine and associated drug paraphernalia. Hober was transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center where he was booked on the active Cabool arrest warrant. Formal charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine have been forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney. Mr. Beard was transported to the West Plains Police Department where he was booked for an active West Plains Police Department warrant.
