A Peace Valley man has pleaded guilty to 2 counts of statutory sodomy. 34 year old Shane McDaniel was suppose to go to court later this month but entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 10 years on each count to run consecutively. The case was moved from Howell County to Douglas County on a change of venue. McDaniel allegedly had deviate sexual intercourse with a 8 year old girl.
