41-year-old Justin Walker was arrested following an incident in Salesville where he allegedly discharged a weapon in a vehicle while he also possessed meth. Walker has been charged with felony counts of weapons possession during a controlled substance offense; possession of a controlled substance; aggravated assault; and criminal trespassing. He was released on a $25,000 bond.
