The Patrol arrested 39-year-old Joshua Summerfield on charges of felony resisting arrest, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to signal, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt and failure to have two lighted headlamps. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
