The Highway Patrol reports that 59-year-old Scott Norman suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and struck a tree. Norman was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Norman is also charged with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no seat belt. The accident happened on 160 east County Road 2, about a tenth of a mile east of Doniphan.
