28-year-old Matthew Dodson was injured when he drove off the road and a fence and a tree. Dodson was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. He also faces charges of DWI resulting in an accident, Driving while suspended, and no insurance. The accident happened on Highway 160, three miles east of Caulfield around 11:30 last night.
