Fulton County Authorities are reporting the arrest of a man Thursday on felony charges. 24 year old Rusty John Wubker Jr was arrested following an incidents at a residence in Salem Wubker allegedly entered a home after a woman cleaning the home had went out to move her car. According to reports, she saw Wubker enter the home and then lock the door. She told him she was calling the police and he fled out the back door into the woods. The woman had left her purse inside and says that $140 was missing. Wubker was stopped by police several hours later on Old Sturkie Road. A Check with the national crime information center determined that Wubker has several warrants for his arrest from several agencies in Northwest Arkansas. Wubker is charge with a felony county of residential burglary and faces misdemeanor counts of theft of property, criminal trespassing and driving on a suspended driver’s license. His bond was set at $20,000
