According to Reports, Dr. Rick Stark is charged with fourth-degree assault after he allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old student. Stark was accused by the student of making hurtful comments about the student’s brother who had passed away. Words were exchanged and Stark allegedly shoved the student. Stark will be in court on January 24th.
