The Alton Comets and Lady Comets were at Couch last night for a doubleheader on KKountry. In the Girl’s game, it was Alton getting a 73-41 win over the Lady Indians. The lady Comets were led by Allie Willard with 32 points. The Alton Comets lost a close one 56-55 to the Couch Indians. Rylan Steele led Alton with 15 points and Cory Miller had 14 points.
The Mammoth Spring Bears and Lady Bears both get conference wins on Tuesday. The Lady Bears beat Maynard 67-15. The Lady Bears had four players score in double figures led by Brynn Washam with 15 points, Tay Davis and Laney young had 12 points each and Sara Crowe had 10 points. The mammoth Spring Bears also got a win over Maynard 75-57, Blake Rogers led the Bears with 28 points, Nataniel Rogers and Andrew Jones each had 12 points.
