The Highway Patrol reports that 49-year-old Donna Ledbetter suffered serious injuries when the car driven by 58-year-old Steven Holt of West Plains skidded on a gravel road, went off the road, and overturned. Ledbetter was flown to Cox South in Springfield. Holt was charged with Felony DWI with physical injury and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. The accident happened on County road 378 a half mile west of Grand Gulf State Park.
