31-year-old Neoskaleta Amber Lynn Elliot and 35-year-old Michael Farrell Elliot were both arrested Monday afternoon. Both are charged with possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose of delivering and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held on a $20,000 bond.
