49-year-old Harvey John Taylor of Elizabeth and Thomas Sanchez are both charged with first-degree murder in the death of 57-year-old Kristy Marie Taylor on July 9th, 2022. Kristy Marie Taylor was found shot to death in her driveway on Farmwood Road southwest of Salem. Harvey Taylor was arrested Monday at a residence in Fulton County, Sanchez was arrested by the U’S Marshal Service in Texas and is awaiting extradition. Harvey Taylor is being held in Baxter County. Bond was set at $1 million each. Kristy Taylor filed for divorce from Harvey Taylor in June of 2022.
