The Highway Patrol reports that a 17-year-old Boy suffered moderate injuries when he fell out of a vehicle that a 16-year-old girl was driving and was hit by the vehicle. The boy was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on county road 1540, a mile and a half east of West Plains. No names were released since both the driver and passenger were minors.
