A weapon has been recovered and a name has been released in the shooting near Black Rock Tuesday night. Dillon Lewis was arrested and charged with first-degree battery, DWI, and refusal to submit to a test. The gun was a Glock Pistol and was recovered on Lawrence 203 Wednesday night. The man who was shot was taken to a Jonesboro Hospital. His name has not been released. The investigation continues.
