The Sheriff’s department received several anonymous tips that Albert Struckle was living within the 1000 feet of Lutie School in Theodosia. He is prohibited from residing within that distance from schools. The Sheriff’s Department conducted an investigation and discovered Struckle not only was in violation of his sex offender restrictions but had also failed to update his address after moving several weeks earlier. He was arrested and booked for failure to register as a sex offender and living within 1000 feet of a school as a sex offender.
