Three people were arrested Monday afternoon in Baxter County on felony drug charges. 65 year old Wayne Mathis Smith of Gassville, 24 year old Ashley Marie Coniglio of Cotter and 28 year old Michael Anthony Behrens of Mountain Home are all charged with felony delivery of meth, felony unlawful use of communications device, and two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia. All three had their bond set at $20,000 and will be in court September 27th.
