Nicholas Roos is suing the prison saying they served him soggy tofu and violated his religious rights. He said they did not give him enough time to worship the Sun God Surya outside as required by his religion and that he is not getting enough sleep because they serve breakfast too early. Roos was sentenced to life in Prison in 2016 for the murder of a couple from Midway in November of 2015.
