On Wednesday Randolph County Deputies received a report that a wanted person Eric W Martin was staying at a residence on Blackwell Den road in Randolph County and was in possession of and trying to sell two motorcycles. Before the Deputies arrived, Martin had left the residence with the Motorcycles. Deputies contact a resident in that area that was known to own two motorcycles and that person reported that theirs was missing. Deputies stayed on the trail and were later informed that Martin was at a residence in Pocahontas with Kimberly Ferretta. Deputies obtained a search warrant for that residence. The search warrant was executed early Thursday morning by the RCSO, Pocahontas Police, and the ASP. Their Officers located Eric Martin and Kimberly Ferretta. Officers also obtained a second search warrant for the residence and located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
