A man was arrested in Stone County Arkansas after he allegedly rammed his truck into an SUV. 52 year old Kevin Oates was arrested. A juvenile passenger of the SUV said Oates allegedly told the two he was going to kill them both and to get out of the vehicle. Oates also allegedly swung at the SUV driver with a can of spray paint and threw a rock at the windshield and passenger window. Oates is charged with two felony counts of second-degree battery, two felony counts of first-degree terroristic threatening, one felony count of aggravated assault, one felony count of first-degree mischief, and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a minor. He is currently incarcerated at the Stone County Jail on a bond of $50,000.
