According to reports, Heath Neitzel led police on a high-speed chase through town after he was observed trespassing at a residence on Washington Ave. Neitzel reached speeds of up to 60 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. Neitzel is charged with resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony. Neitzel has a history of criminal charges. He was arrested in March of 2022 on drug charges and for resisting arrest by fleeing He is currently free on Bond.
